The Mathematics / Data Science / AI Education Program Certification System aims to raise students' interest in mathematics / data science / AI and to develop basic abilities to properly understand and utilize it. A system in which the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology recognizes and selects and encourages systematic education on knowledge and skills related to data science. Eleven schools were selected in the first accreditation announced on June 2021, 6 (30 national universities, 1 private universities, 11 colleges of technology).

　One of them, "AI / Data Science", a minor of Keiai University, is a system where you can study another specialized field in addition to the main major of studying the curriculum of the department to which you belong.If you meet the completion requirements, you will be awarded a "Certificate of Completion" that the university certifies that you have completed the prescribed program.This is the third year for all faculties (Faculty of Economics, Faculty of International Studies, Faculty of Education).

　Curriculum / lesson design based on learning experience before enrollment, development of original video teaching material "AI / DS (Data Science)" for beginners, learning of deep learning utilization cases in collaboration with major IT companies , Learning support by learning management system, Q & A correspondence, etc. are featured.The degree of recommendation to other students is 84.9%, and the synergistic effect with the specialty of the faculty and department is 86.8%, which is highly evaluated by the students.

　At Keiai University, as a minor to acquire the knowledge and skills required by a wide range of learners, regardless of their background in liberal arts or science, we will gather more students and aim to make the main major even more enjoyable.
