According to Obihiro University of Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine, the new corporation is the "National University Corporation Hokkaido National University Organization", and three universities, Obihiro University of Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine, Otarushoka University, and Kitami Institute of Technology, will be under this umbrella.The location of the organization is Obihiro City, which is located in the geographical middle of the three universities.The president of the corporation shall be from outside the university and will not concurrently serve as the president of the three universities.The new president due to the integration will be elected at the joint president selection meeting.
A management council will be set up to deliberate important matters related to management, and more than half of the members will be from outside the university. The Education Fusion Promotion Center (tentative name) and the management support organization that supports the computerization of corporations will be established as promotion organizations for education and research projects that the three universities will work on in a cross-cutting manner. The secretariat system of the three universities will be reorganized, but care will be taken not to make it larger than the current situation, and the integration effect will be produced in the organizational management.
