The three schools will receive 3 million yen a year for up to four years.

 In April, the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology made a public offering to the presidents of national, public and private universities nationwide, and received applications from one national university and five private universities.As a result of the examination of the application contents by the "Human Resources Development Project Committee that supports a knowledge-intensive society" operated by the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science, the projects of three schools were selected.

 The program names implemented by the three schools are "Social Innovation Accelerate Program" by Waseda University, "Model Development of Intensive Issue Education Program" by Chiba University, and "Field Method Complementing Case Method" by Nagoya University of Commerce.
