　The app predicts the flow of people after the match from the pyroelectric sensor information that detects changes in heat (infrared rays) emitted from the human body installed around the stadium, and displays the congestion status (waiting time) of public transportation.By distributing the congestion status of public transportation to users, we recommend waiting at the venue and around the venue, and promote the distribution of return time.

　Furthermore, in the venue, we will provide quiz games about VISSEL KOBE that can be enjoyed only locally, and give incentives (points) according to the waiting time to encourage visitors to wait.The points given can be exchanged for coupons that can be used at goods stores and affiliated stores around the venue.By promoting detours when returning home, we will try to disperse crowded places and contribute to economic revitalization around the venue.

　In this experiment, Kobe University will analyze data on behavior change and verify effective proposal notification methods to visitors.Rakuten Mobile provides 5G environment and technical knowledge to be used for video distribution, and DENSO TEN develops dedicated smartphone apps, measures traffic flow, predicts traffic congestion, and provides optimal information to visitors.
