 Next, Professor Kazuhiro Uenishi of the Institute of Nutrition and Physiology of the same university gave a lecture entitled "Health management of athletes-from the aspect of diet".As a registered dietitian, Professor Uenishi has experience in nutrition management and guidance for triathlon, J-League and professional baseball teams, and is currently engaged in nutrition management and guidance at the Toyo University Ekiden Team and Keio University Rugby Club. ing.During the seminar, Professor Uenishi told high school students that "eating is also important training" for athletes.He explained that it is important to have a well-balanced diet and to have a good intake of sugar, protein, vitamins, minerals, iron, etc., and gave examples of specific foods.During the Q & A session, many questions were asked by high school students and parents, such as how to use protein, how to eat when there is no appetite, how to use convenience stores effectively, and precautions when losing weight.
