A Mynavi college student lifestyle survey revealed that the number of boys who want to work as a couple and girls who do not want to get married is increasing.The number of girls who are reluctant to actively raise children due to anxiety about returning to work after childcare leave is increasing, and it is clear that the harsh working environment for working women is affecting the ideas of female college students.

 From December 2016 to January 12, we delivered direct mail to university and graduate students of Mynavi 2017 members in collaboration with the Faculty of Career Design, Hosei University, and received responses from 1 people nationwide.

 According to the report, the percentage of boys who wish to work together after marriage was 49.5%, which was 2.0 points higher than the previous year, while that of females was 65.7%, which was 2.9 points lower than the previous year. The percentage of females who answered that they would like to live on their own income without getting married reached 7.9%, an increase of 1.6 points from the previous year.
Regarding childcare, 36.6% of boys and 61.0% of girls said they would like to take childcare leave positively.Boys increased by 2.7 points, but girls decreased by 6.6 points.When asked why girls did not want to take childcare leave, anxiety about returning to work reached 5.5%, an increase of 44.3 points from the previous year.
With regard to overtime, both men and women have decreased their liking for working styles that work late every night and achieve top results, and their liking for working styles that do not work overtime is increasing.
The average number of friends and acquaintances connected via social media and SNS is 257.4% of the respondents answered that they were "tired" from interpersonal relationships on SNS.
