As of the end of October, the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology has summarized the responses of universities nationwide to the 10 entrance examination.According to the report, out of 2022 universities nationwide, 1,056 schools, which is 97.5% of the total, are planning to take some measures with the new corona such as re-examination and transfer to another schedule.
Of these, 51.6% of 545 schools carry out additional examinations. 76.4 schools, which is 807%, will transfer to another exam without collecting an additional exam fee. 30.5% of 322 schools have both additional exams and separate schedule transfers.
Nine universities, which have difficulty in setting up additional exams due to the imposition of practical examinations for several days, and universities that refund the examination fee, total 0.9%. 9% of 1.4 schools answered that they are considering measures.Only two schools, 15% of the total, answered that there was no response.
In the 2021 entrance examination that was held this year, 382 schools conducted additional examinations in the individual entrance examinations for general selection, and 538 schools transferred to the examinations on a different schedule without collecting an additional examination fee.
