 When opening a store, we entrust the business related to the important living environment of providing food, so based on the attractive menu and price, and the venture that can be operated continuously, the appropriateness of the income and expenditure plan and the management system , Conducting selection with an emphasis on hygiene management.Student managers who pass this selection will prepare a series of preparations necessary for opening the restaurant, such as acquiring the food hygiene manager qualification and business license, which are the business conditions of the restaurant, and notifying the tax office of the opening of a private business.In addition, the student management will bear the costs of furniture, consumables, raw materials, etc. required for operation.Based on the idea that the store is a classroom, the university not only provides store space, but also checks the financial results every month and provides timely guidance if it is determined that improvement is necessary.

 This time, the new store will be opened by Mr. Takashi Serizawa, a second-year student in the Department of Commerce, Faculty of Commerce and Economics.Mr. Serizawa was interested in the student venture cafeteria before enrolling, but in 2 when he entered the university, he was not recruiting new student ventures due to the corona.Taking the opportunity to open a restaurant that I had longed for, I named the restaurant "New World" because it means "a new challenge for me."The recommended menu is salt ramen and dandan noodles.
