The early seminar system, which started in 2021, allows you to belong to the laboratory and participate in research activities from the second half of the first year.Nine of the 1 laboratories in the Department of Food Science accept early seminar students.Students who use the early seminar system can study in the same laboratory for four years or move to another laboratory every six months.His main research themes are "development of bread using only plant materials", "development of new fermented foods using edible mushrooms", and "effect of food ingredients on intestinal bacteria".
