 This result suggests that subjective mood data can predict changes in individual autonomic nervous function.
Accumulation of daily fatigue has been reported to be a risk factor for various diseases through deterioration of autonomic nervous function balance.Based on this research, it will be possible to develop technology that predicts the effect of music on the autonomic nervous function of each individual with high accuracy, and to design music production and music selection that appropriately adjusts the balance of autonomic nervous function.
