　Shinshu University, Yamanashi Prefectural University, Okayama Prefectural University , Tokushima University will hold a national symposium online.

　At the symposium, "From human resource development to human resource production" -What role should local universities play for local ESG and regional revitalization that is unique to that region? ~ ”Will be held for two days.

　In the keynote speech on the first day, we will present the issue of "What role should local universities play toward regional revitalization that is unique to the region through collaboration between local ESG and industry-government-academia funds, which is not an extension of the past?" ..After that, four workshops will be held on the theme of the university's efforts toward carbon neutrality, and the perspective will be expanded on the future "ideal way of cooperation between local universities and the region" and "human resources that local universities should produce".

　On the second day, we are planning to hold a workshop for building a causal model between this project "Regional Creation Human Resources Education Program" and "Local employment of human resources that local universities should produce", and the stake folder of this project. It is divided into "company", "university", and "student", and while introducing the efforts and cases of the selected university, while discussing the hypothesis of the causal model, the issues related to the future program construction and the verification for the causal model construction. We will deepen discussions on points and so on.
