"HADO" is a techno sport developed by meleap Co., Ltd. in 36 countries around the world.In AR sports where you wear a head-mounted display on your head and an arm sensor on your arm, you can activate energy balls and shields with your own hands, move freely in the field, and play up to 3 to 3 in cooperation with your friends. do.By customizing your own abilities with parameters (speed and size of energy ball, speed of charging energy gauge required to shoot energy ball, strength of shield), athletic ability, physique, age, gender, etc. The feature is that various people can enjoy it regardless.
Shibaura Institute of Technology is researching physical education education that integrates the fields of information engineering, and aims to create sports that utilize technology as an industrial university through the introduction of "HADO".By fusing physical education and information engineering fields, we will devise attractive new sports that utilize UI / UX design and gaming technology, and build devices and systems for that purpose.
In addition, through this project, we are considering giving students the opportunity to think more closely about diversity and inclusiveness through sports that do not depend solely on individual physical abilities, and to work on them concretely.
