Togokusan Fruit Park is a facility where you can observe 15 kinds of orchards such as pears and apples, and about 100 kinds of rare fruits in the tropical and subtropical regions. In February 2017, students of the Department of Food Environment and Nutrition planned a dish using fruits in the facility and sold it at the rest house in the park, which was well received, which led to the continuous provision of a collaborative menu.

　This time, Mr. Baba proposed a refreshing dessert that is perfect for early summer, using seasonal fruit ingredients and plenty of Hassaku oranges produced in the garden. From August, a new collaboration menu using seasonal berries will be on sale.
　
　In April 2017, Kinjo Gakuin University and Togokusan Fruit Park signed a memorandum of understanding regarding joint projects with the Department of Environmental Design of the same department. In June, the "Kinjo Gakuin University Environmental Design Special Project Team 4" was started by 6 students, and a planning presentation was given to increase the number of customers at Togokusan Fruit Park.

　In the presentation, students will make use of the perspectives of environmental design studies and women, "Osha Piku (fashionable picnic)", "Planning an exploration tour in the greenhouse", "Creating a walking map for each season", and "Visit using Instagram". Propose "motivation for people".The staff at the Togokusan Fruit Park facility asked questions such as "How much would you like to participate in the proposed tour?" And "Do you actively use Instagram?" Discussions were held to realize the proposal.
