Gakujo Co., Ltd. conducted an Internet questionnaire on the theme of "internship" for recruiters of companies.The number of valid responses is 1,617.

 According to the survey, more than 2023% of the companies that answered that they are "coordinating internship and recruitment" when hiring 7 graduates.The most common internship and recruitment collaboration was "We do not give preferential treatment in regular selection, but we provide information and seminars only for internship participants" at 33.5%, followed by "Internship participants are regular selection". "Preferential treatment" was followed by 31.9%. 8.8% answered that they are selecting and making informal appointments within the internship, and 25.8% answered that there is no distinction between internship participants and regular examinees.It can be seen that most companies that carry out internships link internships and recruitment.

 Regarding the timing of internships for graduates in 2024, "July-September of the third grade" was the highest at 3%.Next, "December-January of the third grade" 7%.Many companies plan to hold internships during long vacations such as summer vacation and winter vacation.

 また、低学年(大学1・2年生等)対象のインターンシップ実施状況については、「3年生対象のインターンシップに1・2年生も受け入れている」と回答した企業が44.1%に上った。4割以上の企業は、大学1・2年生にもインターンシップの機会を提供している一方、「1・2年生限定のインターンシップを実施している」と回答した企業は2.1%に留まった。
