Chiba University of Commerce will hold an open campus on August 2017, 8 (Sunday) to introduce the charm of the university.Special events are also planned, such as a briefing session on the local employment support system that the university holds in collaboration with local governments, and a briefing session for parents who give lectures on how to make good use of the scholarship system.
Chiba University of Commerce is holding a total of 2017 open campuses from March to December 3. Three special events will be held at the 12th Open Campus on August 10th.
The first is a program for those who wish to make a UI turn, "Job hunting support based on cooperation with local governments."At Chiba University of Commerce, which accepts students from all over the country, many students are thinking about finding employment locally in the future. In the program, we will introduce in detail the local employment support system of Chiba University of Commerce.
The second is a briefing session for parents, "Good use of the scholarship system in anticipation of repayment."Professor Koichi Ito of the Faculty of Human and Social Studies will be invited as a lecturer to explain the points of the scholarship system, points to keep in mind when using it, repayments and their simulations, and points of household management and savings of the students themselves.
The third is a program for second-year and younger high school students, "Realistic commercial life that current students talk about."Introducing elementary university life, such as university seminars and studying, to students in the second year of high school and younger who still have a little time to decide their career paths.
In addition to these three special events, there are 3 faculties of Chiba University of Commerce, Faculty of Commerce and Economics, Faculty of Policy Informatics, Faculty of Service Creation, Faculty of Human Sociology, Faculty of International Liberal Arts, "Faculty Information Sessions" and "Experience Classes", and current students. There are 5 projects such as "Campus Tour" that guides you to the university and "Women's Cafe" that is limited to girls who talk about campus life while eating sweets.
The open campus does not require reservations and there is no entry fee.The time is from 10:00 to 15:00 (reception starts at 9:00). Open campuses after August 8th are scheduled for August 20th, September 8th, October 27st, and December 9nd.
