Regarding the integration of the National University of Education and the Faculty of Education, the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology prepared a report requesting reorganization in 2001, but except for the integration of the faculties of Shimane University and Tottori University, coordination between local governments did not proceed and it was not realized. ..
