　Participants are high school students enrolled in high schools, international schools, and overseas education facilities certified by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology in Japan, and those who can participate in the final selection.The length of the argument is 4 minutes or more and 5 minutes or less. The theme of the speech in 2022 is “Coexistence for a Sustainable Future”.In addition to English grammar, pronunciation, and presentation techniques, the judging criteria will also emphasize content aspects such as subject selection, sentence structure, persuasiveness as a speech, and uniqueness of the content.

　Twenty people who passed the first screening will participate in the final round.If the top 1 winners enter Sophia University in the future, the tuition fee for the period of study (20 years * but with continuous screening) will be reduced according to the ranking based on the applicant's application.
