 According to the survey, 61.8% of bosses and 53.8% of subordinates answered "ambiguous" to the question "Do you feel the difference between power harassment and instruction is ambiguous?" Before the full enforcement of the Power Harassment Prevention Law from April, more than half of them felt ambiguity, and the boss who was in the position of instructing his subordinates was 4 points higher than his subordinates.

 In addition, 87.4% of bosses and 75.4% of subordinates answered that they should take the initiative in responding to the question "Should work be done independently other than what was said?"The difference is 12 points higher for the boss, indicating the high demands placed on his subordinates.
