In this project with Plus Robo, we plan to utilize the space of the nursing care facility as a place for announcements of cultural circles such as dance circles, music circles, and comedy circles, which will lead to the provision of recreation and multi-generational exchanges.Create opportunities to get involved in the world of welfare by providing recreation that makes the most of your hobbies and special skills. From June 6th, the nursing care facility will start accepting recreational university circles and individuals on the "sketter" platform.
The platform "Sketter" operated by Proslab was released in 2019 with the aim of increasing the number of people (related population) involved in the field of long-term care and welfare.The feature is that even if you are inexperienced or have no qualifications, you can be involved in welfare by doing "what you can do" other than physical assistance.Nearly 3000% of the approximately 7 registrants are participants from different industries who have never been involved in the field of long-term care and welfare, and many are students or registrants in their 20s and 30s.One of the merits is that the business establishment can use the system for a fixed amount and no referral fee is incurred. From May, we will start collaborating with the welfare departments of each university in the metropolitan area, and it is expected that more than 5 welfare students will be registered as welfare students.Through the experience of helping, cooperation in welfare-related classes is accelerating as "finding a workplace that suits you."
