Kyoto University ranked first in the university image survey "Job Hunting Ranking" from the perspective of personnel personnel

　Nikkei HR Co., Ltd. and Nikkei Inc. conducted a "university image from the perspective of corporate personnel personnel" to ask corporate personnel personnel about the images of students at each university they hired.Based on the results, we created the "Job Hunting Ranking 2022-2023".746 respondents, survey period February 2022-2, 14.

　The 1st place in the overall ranking is "Kyoto University" which is the 2nd place in the previous year.By aspect, "intelligence / academic ability" and "creativity" are ranked 1st, "behavioral ability" 6th, and "interpersonal power" 12th. "Intelligence / Academic Ability" won first place for the second consecutive year.

　The 2nd place in the overall ranking was "Nagoya University", the 3rd place was "Nagoya Institute of Technology", the 4th place was "Yokohama National University", and the 5th place was "Hitotsubashi University".Nine national universities and one public university are ranked in the top ten.The breakdown of 10 universities in the overall ranking was 9 national universities, 1 public universities, and 159 private universities.

　In addition to the overall ranking, the employment ability ranking includes side-by-side rankings (behavioral ability, interpersonal ability, intellectual ability / academic ability, originality), industry-specific rankings, and university initiative rankings (universities that are enthusiastic about improving the quality of classes). Universities engaged in global education for Japanese students, universities conducting excellent research, universities contributing to regional revitalization, etc.).
