According to the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, the medical practices that medical students can perform are the "Clinical Training Review Committee Final Report" compiled in 1991, which is permitted depending on the actions and circumstances permitted under the guidance and supervision of the instructor. In principle, it is stipulated in detail for acts that are limited to the assistance or tour of the instructor.
This content has already been notified to universities nationwide, but the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare intends to review the content and add legal support to institutionalize it.It also aims to prevent medical students from stepping into illegal medical practice.

At the same time, the CBT (* 1) and OSCE (* 2) of the liberal arts examination will be institutionalized in the national examination for medical practitioners, and the number of questions will be reviewed, and the tendency of questions will be emphasized in clinical practice.

Furthermore, we are aiming to align the model core curriculum of medical education with the goals of clinical research, and to establish a consistent doctor training system.
