With the overseas expansion of Japanese-style education promoted by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, the project of Fukui University was adopted for the 2022 research.In collaboration with Narikle Faculty University in Malawi, Africa, we aim to build a professional learning community network for school building and teacher learning in the 21st century.
According to the Ministry of Education, the University of Fukui's project is "Improving the quality of education through Fukui-style education, a collaborative development project within Japan and Africa," targeting Malawi, Ethiopia, Egypt, South Africa, Uganda, and other parts of Africa.In addition to conducting Fukui-style lessons in combination with online, we will expand the lessons conducted in Malawi throughout Africa to create a sustainable system.
In addition, as a project to support the overseas expansion of Japanese-style education, IC Net's "Science Education Improvement Project Utilizing Science Experiment Kits in Turkey" and Hiroyuki Uchida's "Discovered in Corona! Japan-Cambodia ICT" "Collaboration development of classes", "Japanese-style science, a project to improve math and mathematics skills using ICT teaching materials by mathematics" by the emerging publisher Keirinkan, "A project to introduce Japanese-style music education into primary education in Egypt", etc. Nine cases were adopted.
The Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology has been promoting the overseas expansion of Japanese-style education by launching a public-private collaboration platform from FY2016 in collaboration with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, the Japan International Cooperation Agency, and the Japan External Trade Organization.So far, 45 projects such as research studies have been developed in 80 countries and regions.
