Professor Takashi Maeno of Keio University Graduate School of System Design and Management (Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture) conducted research on happiness in collaboration with A2017 Lab Inc. (Shibuya-ku, Tokyo). On November 11, 24, we started the official "Happy Exercise" challenge to increase happiness in the Mikabozu prevention app "Minchare" operated by AXNUMX Lab.

A study by Professor Maeno, who specializes in happiness, revealed that daily "gratitude" and "meditation" increase happiness. The purpose of this joint research is to have many people practice this research result and increase the number of people who feel happy. However, since it is difficult for one person to continue these actions, we aim to make "Happy Exercise" a habit by using the Mikabozu prevention app "Minchare".

In "Happy Exercise", the user first answers a questionnaire to measure happiness.Next, the team will carry out one exercise every day to improve happiness, such as "laughing out loud", "writing out three good things that happened today", and "meditation of gratitude" sent to the chat within the team. Report with the members. When the challenge period is over, the happiness level will be measured again with a questionnaire to see if the happiness level has increased.

"Minchare" operated by A20 Lab Inc. has supported 50 users under the concept of "I want to make everyone happy with technology."In this app, 5 people form a team in more than 1 categories such as diet and exercise, and encourage each other by chatting to prevent Mikabozu and aim to become a habit. With the support of behavior change technology and AI, the effect of realizing habituation will be eight times higher than working alone. In 8, it was also selected as the Google Play Best App.
