 The top ranking sites have common points such as detailed work contents that can be imagined as employee introductions and working styles, and the corporate culture is conveyed through the site design.The abundance of information and the easy-to-read layout were also cited as many reasons for having a good impression.

 Also, when asked how much they browsed the company's recruitment website during job hunting, about 7% (69.7%) said that they had "read quite a bit", and most of the students browsed it frequently. I understand.I asked about the corporate website of a company in the same way, but the total of "quite read" and "read" exceeded 9% (95.3% in total), and it can be seen that the corporate website is also used. .. Looking at the three years, it can be seen that the degree of browsing of both the recruitment homepage and the corporate site has increased, and the importance has further increased.
