昭和女子大学は、株式会社大学通信の「2022年実就職率ランキング（7月22日現在）※」において、2021年度卒業生の実就職率が94.5%となり、卒業生1,000人以上の女子大学で12年連続1位を達成した。また、国公私立大学では全国7位、私立大学の中では全国5位にランクインした。
昭和女子大学によると、2021年度卒業生（2021年9月卒を含む）は、実就職率が前年比1.6ポイント増の94.5％。学部別の実就職率は、国際学部94.8%、グローバルビジネス学部94.6%、人間文化学部94.5％、人間社会学部94.1%、生活科学部（現 環境デザイン学部、食健康科学部）が94.5% だった。

At Showa Women's University, career education to design your own way of life, a job hunting support program tailored to each individual, and a mentor system for working adults so that students can acquire the ability to design their own way of life with a focus on occupation and employment. Under the unique adult mentor system, the university provides opportunities to directly meet and interact with working women in their 30s to 50s who have built up diverse careers in a wide range of fields.About 370 mentors have been registered through public recruitment and selection, and students can meet mentors in various careers, not just in their desired industry or occupation, and discuss career plans and lifestyles after graduation.
