A national survey conducted by Recruit Advancement Research Institute revealed that 2025% of first-year high school students are aware of the fact that the contents of the university entrance examination will change significantly from the 1 academic year due to the new curriculum based on the new curriculum guidelines.It seems that the intention is to learn the entrance examination method early and to speed up the consideration of the course.

 The survey was conducted via the Internet in September targeting high school students nationwide who wish to enter university, and valid responses were received from 9 people.Valid responses were from 2,524 first-year high school students, 1 second-year students, and 875 third-year students.

 According to the survey, 63.2% of all high school students were aware of the changes to the content of the entrance exams for the new curriculum, but 1% of first-year students, who are subject to the new curriculum, showed a high level of interest. Recognition among second-year students was 66.6%.

 1% of first-year students answered, "I want to start considering my career path as soon as possible," and 48.3% answered, "I want to know about the entrance examination method as soon as possible." Among second-year students, 41.1% said they "want to go on to higher education while still active," and 2% said they "wanted to start considering their career path as soon as possible."
As of September of the second year, 2% have decided on their first choice school.This is an increase of 9 points from the previous year, and the tendency to advance is becoming stronger.In other grades, including general selection, school recommendation selection, and general selection, there was a trend toward earlier start-ups.

 Among the types of entrance examinations that students are considering taking, the so-called year-end entrance examinations, including school-recommended selection, are on the rise, with the highest percentage of applicants considering comprehensive selection, which increased by 4.7 percentage points from the previous year to 20.8%.
