 According to the report, the employment rate of universities was 98.0% for both national and private universities, up 0.7 points for national and public universities and 0.3 points for private universities compared to the same period of the previous year.Junior colleges increased 2.1 points year-on-year to 99.1%, colleges of technology increased 100% year-on-year, and vocational schools increased 0.4 points year-on-year to 97.9%.

 By gender, boys increased 0.6 points to 97.5%, and girls increased 0.2 points to 98.6%.By liberal arts and science, liberal arts increased by 0.9 points from the same period of the previous year to 98.2%, and science decreased by 1.5 points to 97.2%.The decline in the employment rate of science-related people is thought to be due to the fact that those who failed the qualification examination are expected to continue the seller market next year, and after acquiring qualifications, they aimed to find employment next year.

 By region, the Chubu region had the highest figure at 2.1%, up 99.5% from the same period of the previous year.This is followed by 98.5% in the Kanto area, 97.5% in the Kyushu area, 97.4% in the Kinki area and the Chugoku / Shikoku area, and 97.0% in the Hokkaido / Tohoku area.
