University of Tsukuba will open the first practical medical entrepreneur (entrepreneur) training program "Research Studio" in Japan, which was established together with Keio University School of Medicine in October.The course will continue until December, helping high-performing teams participate in advanced short-term programs in the United States.

 According to Tsukuba University, the qualifications for attendance are domestic graduate students, researchers, corporate researchers who collaborate with research institutes and universities, and are motivated to develop with research seeds such as pharmaceuticals and medical equipment. It is intended for people who are thinking of starting a business.The recruitment staff is 5 teams, up to about 25 people.

 The program will be led by University of Tsukuba and deputy by Keio University, and will be promoted in collaboration with Stanford University in the United States.The first half will focus on formulating a target product profile, the second half will focus on building a business model, and the final presentation will be in English.
