Temple University Japan Campus (TUJ), which boasts the largest and longest history of foreign universities in Japan, will hold a variety of short-term intensive English programs for a wide range of age groups, from elementary school students to university students, in the summer of 2024.
TUJ's short-term intensive English program, aimed at students of all ages from elementary school to college, has a history of about 20 years, and in recent years has seen many repeaters and siblings participate, making it a popular program that attracts over 1,000 students each year. It has grown into a course. TUJ, which promotes cross-cultural exchange and the internationalization of higher education, has a team of experienced instructors and students from a variety of nationalities and cultural backgrounds, working together as a team to fully support the participating students.
Starting with TUJ Summer College for High School Students, all programs will be held from August 8st to August 1th at Temple University's Japan Campus in Sangenjaya. Details of each program, participation fees, application methods, etc. are posted on TUJ's official website.

This program allows you to experience an "English-only" environment while staying in Japan, and in addition to native speaker instructors, TUJ students participate as teaching assistants (TAs). Classes are conducted in English, but we cover topics that are familiar to elementary school students, allowing them to learn English while having fun interacting with the TAs.

The students will spend seven days speaking entirely in English so that they can experience American university life. For the first three days, students will develop their four English skills through various topics with the theme of "Can we maintain our way of life?"
