The concept for 2024 is "A big circle starting from Chiba." Starting from Ichikawa City, Chiba Prefecture, where the campus is located, the concept expresses the desire to cherish the strength of cooperation and connections with the surrounding areas and even overseas, as well as the ties with the local community. In addition, the goal is to further strengthen the connection between students, the local community, and the Chiba Lotte Marines, leading to future community contribution activities.

　Each student-run booth will have a variety of fun events, including a workshop to make sustainable cheering flags in collaboration with ZOZO, Inc., a quoits event with a dressing made using Chiba-grown leeks as a prize, a fortune-telling contest with a chance to win luxury prizes such as goods signed by players, and a quiz about Chiba and sports. In addition, the handy folding fans and stickers that will be distributed to visitors in limited quantities were designed by students.

　　　Students from seminars and projects in each department set up booths offering quizzes, games, and workshops.
　　　Performances by the cheerleading dance team from Chiba University of Commerce and its affiliated high school
　　　First Pitch Ceremony 16:45
　　　The pitcher will be Sota Tsuchiya (4th year, Faculty of Service Creation), owner of Omusubi Yu, a student venture cafeteria at Chiba University of Commerce.
