Edogawa University National Park Research Institute not only makes available materials donated by the National Parks Association, but also cooperates and collaborates with other universities that conduct research and education on national parks, the Ministry of the Environment, local governments, private organizations, and naturalists and interpreters involved in national parks, to conduct research on national parks in Japan and around the world. In addition to supporting student learning, mainly in environmental studies, the Institute is working to implement projects and events in collaboration with government officials, volunteers, and other related parties involved in national park management.

　The "National Park Video Concert" is a concert held as part of the activities of the National Park Research Institute, and is a luxurious live concert where you can enjoy live performances of violin, viola, and piano while watching beautiful footage of the national parks collected by researchers.

　The Komaki Festival is held every year for two days on November 11nd and 2rd in collaboration with Edogawa Gakuen Otakanomori College, which is located on the same campus. The festival executive committee, which is made up of students from both schools, is in charge of displaying the educational and research activities of departments and seminars, as well as holding stalls and various other events.
