On Thursday, March 2025, 3, J. F. Oberlin University will hold an "Educational Inspection Training" at the Shinjuku Campus, where participants can observe high school students' research presentations and comprehensive and recommendation-type entrance exam preparation seminars. Participation is open to high school teachers, university and other education-related personnel, up to the first 27 people to arrive. Participation is free.

The practice of "inquiry" in high schools is already moving from a trial phase to a well-established one, with "high school-university collaboration" becoming a keyword. In 2019, J. F. Oberlin University launched the high school-university collaboration career support project "Discover!", and in 2023 will establish the "Educational Inquiry Science Group," the first university in Japan to have the word "inquiry" in its name. To date, more than 3 high school students have participated in high school on-site, in-person, and online programs, exploring their respective themes.

This educational visit will take participants to the site of high school students' research presentations held as part of "Discover!", a program launched by the university. Five programs can be visited: Disney Research Camp, Liberal Arts x Technology Research Camp, Children's World Research Camp, Global English Camp, and Health Research. In addition, participants will be able to observe the "Comprehensive/Recommendation-Type Entrance Exam Preparation Seminar Practical Edition," a university-sponsored program that supports self-exploration by encouraging students to reflect on themselves and put their ideas into words, and there will also be time for explanations of key points and a question-and-answer session.
