On February 2025, 2, Cyber ​​University signed a comprehensive high school-university collaboration agreement with Fukuoka Municipal Fukusho High School, Hakata Technical High School, Fukuoka Women's High School, and Fukuoka Seiryo High School. Based on the agreement, Cyber ​​University will begin offering its regular online course "Introduction to Data Science" (12 sessions in total) free of charge to students at the four schools from the spring semester of 2025.

 Cyber ​​University is a fully online university established as a joint stock company following deregulation under the "Fukuoka Asia Business Special Zone," a structural reform special zone plan of Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture, and has contributed to the development of IT human resources in the region since its opening in April 2007. The aim of this agreement is to develop the capabilities of each high school student in the region and contribute to the development of school education and the local community through collaboration and mutual cooperation between Cyber ​​University and the partner school, in accordance with the purpose of the special zone plan.

 The free class "Introduction to Data Science" (15 sessions in total) is designed for beginners to provide high school students with an early opportunity to experience university-level education as university course students and to stimulate their interest in science and engineering fields. It has been selected as a "Literacy Level Plus" program as a particularly outstanding program among the certified educational programs of the "Mathematics, Data Science, and AI Education Program Certification System" promoted by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology. High school students who complete and pass the course will be awarded credits and will be issued an open badge to digitally certify the knowledge and skills they have acquired.

 Cyber ​​University will use this agreement as an opportunity to collaborate with local educational institutions and local governments to actively contribute to improving high school education and revitalizing local learning environments.
