Wayo Women's University (Ichikawa City, Chiba Prefecture) announced that the results of the 2025th National Nursing Examination, announced on March 3, 24, showed a pass rate of 114% (98.7 test-takers), and the 79th National Public Health Nurse Examination, announced on the same day, showed a pass rate of 111% (92.9 test-takers).
さらに、3月4日に合格者が発表された「第37回社会福祉士国家試験」においては、全国平均合格率が全受験者56.3％、福祉系大学ルート（新卒者）75.2%となっているなか、12名が合格し、合格率は75％だった。また、3月28日に発表された「第39回管理栄養士国家試験」では、74名が合格し、管理栄養士養成課程（新卒者）の全国平均合格率80.1％を上回る81.3％の合格率を達成した。
和洋女子大学は、大学通信ONLINEが調査、発表している「学部系統別実就職率ランキング」で毎年上位にランクインしている。全国の大学560校を対象に2024年度卒業生の就職状況を調査した「2024年 学部系統別実就職率ランキング」（2025年2月現在）では、人文学部（日本文学文化学科、心理学科、こども発達学科）が、「文・人文・外国語系」で全国5位（千葉県2位）、国際学部（英語コミュニケーション学科、国際学科）が、「国際系」で全国6位（千葉県1位）、家政学部（服飾造形学科、健康栄養学科、家政福祉学科）は「家政・生活・栄養系」で千葉県2位、看護学部（看護学科）も「看護・保健・医療系」で千葉県2位にランクインした。
Wayo Women's University is known for its generous job-hunting support, where staff at the Career Support Center carefully support each student in their job-hunting activities. Various career courses, including basic job-hunting courses, are held throughout the year, and the "Green File," a record of past employment and job-hunting activities, is always available to students. Each department is assigned a career counselor who provides support tailored to each student's personality and career aspirations until they decide on their career path. This support has borne fruit, with all of the graduates who were looking for employment when they graduated in March 2024 securing employment, achieving a 3% employment rate across all faculties and departments (4 faculties and 9 departments).
The "Spring Open Campus" is scheduled to be held on Sunday, April 2025, 4. In addition to information sessions and trial classes for each department, there will be a campus tour and an entrance exam consultation corner where you can consult with entrance exam specialists. Applications will be accepted from early April on a pre-registration basis.
