Director Tatsuya Yamakawa of the Reitaku University Athletics Club will be invited as a lecturer for elementary and junior high school faculty and staff training in Kashiwa City, Chiba Prefecture on July 2019, 7, and will give a lecture on "the future of club activity guidance."

Kashiwa City's club activity guidelines deal with the conversion of club activities from "quantity to quality", "excessive guidance by the victorious supremacy of advisors", "long practice to the extent that children and students are injured in physical and mental health", We are reviewing this so that there is no "excessive burden that makes it impossible to secure sufficient time for class preparation and teaching material research for advisors."

In this training, the issue is that the teachers who teach club activities lack knowledge about "coaching" and "conditioning", and through the lecture by Director Yamakawa, we will understand the significance and ideal way of club activities. Deepen and improve the leadership of faculty and staff.
