The Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology has summarized the evaluation results of the National University Corporation Operating Expenses Grant Priority Support in 2019.The reallocation evaluation rate of all 86 schools was 95.1 to 105%, with 46 schools including Osaka University increasing the evaluation rate and 39 schools including Tohoku University decreasing.Kanoya Sports University had the same evaluation rate as the previous year.

 According to it, the seven schools with the highest redistribution rate were Hirosaki University, Yokohama National University, Shinshu University, Kyoto Institute of Technology, Osaka University of Education, Tokyo Medical and Dental University, and Tokyo Institute of Technology.Eighteen schools, including Otarushoka University, Tottori University, The University of Electro-Communications, Hitotsubashi University, and Osaka University, followed at 105.0%.On the contrary, the lowest was Kyoto University of Education with 7%.
