Two senior experts participated in the internship held from August 2019th to 8th, 26 by Quality of Life Co., Ltd., which accepts university student internships every year, as operational support.Utilizing the experience and skills so far, we provided practical support for students to develop basic skills for working adults, such as practicing business basics and visiting companies.
Quality of Life is developing a wide range of businesses from original career education to employment support and in-house education for students, graduates, and working adults, mainly in the fields of recruitment, employment, and training. We are conducting "finding suitable jobs x internships to improve the ability to identify companies" for the target. In 5 days, we will conduct a program to learn the basics of business, visit and interview companies to cultivate the eyes to see the company, discover the attractiveness of the company, and experience presentations.
The company is also engaged in the "Lifetime Professional" business, which is an advisor / advisor introduction service that utilizes OB / OG experts of large companies that are mainly aiming for a second career over 50 years old. We recruited volunteers to support the operation of the internship and the activities of the students.
The aim is to open up new opportunities for senior professionals registered in this business, and to utilize their specialized skills and experience in fostering basic skills for working adults and job hunting.
Two people, a marketing advisor for small and medium-sized enterprises and an expert in operations, procurement and purchasing, responded to the recruitment as a pro bono.
