Extracurricular activity "Ro-Karabo" started in June 2019 at Kanazawa Seiryo University.People from various positions, such as residents and tourists, gathered casually and began to bring the area to life.We will work to create a fun and comfortable place through a communication tool called a mobile stall.

At Kanazawa Seiryo University, there is the Seiryo Jump Project, in which students take the initiative in conducting various activities both inside and outside the university, and many students, including junior college students, are actively working. "Ro-Karrabbo" is one of them. Under the theme of "Let's make my public * in our town", we will improve our business skills such as negotiations and coordination with companies and organizations while working on regional revitalization using mobile stalls.

The first event of "Ro-Karabo" will be held on August 1, 2019. Preparations began in July, negotiations were held to rent venue equipment, recruitment of co-producers of mobile stalls, and negotiations with the Nanto City Chamber of Commerce and Industry Youth Department, which became a production partner. On the day of the event, "Tree branch garland making" and "Pressed flower card making" were held as workshops that children and adults can enjoy, and many participants from local residents to tourists gathered.

Mr. YD (from Kanazawa High School, Ishikawa Prefecture), a third-year student in the Department of Economics, Faculty of Economics, said, "I felt the importance of establishing a place to interact with locals and visitors from afar through activities. By actually talking and working toward the same goal regardless of age group or gender, you can convey thoughts and feelings that are different from your own way of thinking. The second is this. Through the activities, you can feel the goodness of Nanto City. "

The second event will be held on September 2nd (Sun) in Inami, Nanto City.We are currently preparing for a place where we can communicate with more people.

* My public is a coined word that appears in Motoko Tanaka's book "My Public and Grand Level" and refers to "private public creation" and "individual public creation".An initiative to create a diverse public by acting as much as you can and sharing your time with others.
