Jissen Women's University and Jissen Women's University Junior College Department started on-demand video distribution of employment support courses from May 2020, 5. We have been providing online employment consultation services via the WEB since April, and this video distribution is part of that.
On April 4, shortly after the corona sickness began to affect job hunting, the Career and Life Support Division of the Jissen Women's University Student Support Center promptly started an online job hunting consultation service.For the 6th year of university and the 4nd year of junior college, we conducted detailed follow-up to eliminate anxiety and realize smooth job hunting, and as of the end of April, more than 2 students have used it.
Career advisors with national qualifications as career consultants provide consultation on job hunting in general using the video conference system from 10 am to 4 pm on weekdays.Using the average consultation time of about 1 minutes per student, we also provide one-on-one guidance such as correction of documents such as entry sheets and interview practice.At the Shibuya Campus, which has a large number of consultations, university staff have been added as counselors since May 30, and the two-person system of career advisors and university staff is strengthening employment consultation support.
In addition to the above, from May 5nd, video distribution of employment support courses for third-year students and first-year junior college students has also started. We will upload 22 to 3 minutes of content per book, such as "employment guidance," "internship preparation course," "how to write application documents," and "manner course."The number of videos that can be viewed is about 1 at the start of the 1nd, but it is said that it will be increased at a pace of 20 per month in the future.
Jissen Women's University will further strengthen support for each student who is worried about job hunting due to the influence of Corona, and will enhance more convenient services using ICT.
