This time, the students' innovative ideas were evaluated, and it was decided to release "Gonbomame" and "Karafuru Plus" devised by the two groups. "Gonbomame" is a side dish-style pickle that combines burdock and beans, and appeals to health needs based on the tastes of the elderly. "Karafuru Plus" is a pickle that can be eaten like a salad, and was planned for young people who are moving away from vegetables.It can also be expected to promote metabolism, beautify the skin, and improve immunity.
