Takasaki University of Commerce and Kayak Co., Ltd. have jointly developed a training-type new entrance examination "Comprehensive selection: inquiry / brainstorming type (breast entrance examination)" that connects the abilities required by society with university education and high school education. It will be introduced for the first time in the entrance examination of the Faculty of Commerce, Department of Business Administration on October 2021, 3, mainly for third-year high school students who are scheduled to graduate in the spring of 2020.

 In the "High School Connection Reform" and "University Entrance Examination Reform" promoted by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, "1. Knowledge / Skills", "2. Thinking / Judgment / Expressiveness", and "3. The "three elements of academic ability" of "the attitude of collaborative learning" are emphasized, and it is required to evaluate them in a multifaceted and comprehensive manner.Above all, the third element, "attitude to learn independently and collaborate with various people," has ambiguous evaluation criteria, and there is a problem in how to measure this quality in the examination.

 At Takasaki University of Commerce, this "attitude to learn independently and collaborate with diverse people" is deeply related to the educational policy of the university and the learning outcomes achieved by it, so it is unique under the university's own policy. Since June 2019, we have been developing the Brest Entrance Examination in collaboration with Kayak, considering that it is necessary to develop an evaluation method for the university.

 The feature of the Brest Entrance Examination is that it incorporates a "Brainstorming Program" that combines a meeting method / idea method "Brainstorming" in which multiple people come up with many ideas on one theme and a work to look back on them.65% of all exams will be evaluated in the program and the remaining 35% will be assessed in group interviews and paper tests.

 The program "collaborates with diverse people with independence" from the four perspectives of independence (driver qualities), diversity (learning qualities), collaboration (follower qualities), and creativity (creativity qualities). "Learning attitude" is scored.In addition, since we want to provide hints that allow the examinees themselves to notice their individuality and strengths, it is also a feature to feed back the evaluation contents of these four perspectives to all the examinees regardless of pass or fail.It can be said that this is a new entrance examination style in which the breast entrance examination has shifted from "selective type entrance examination" to "cultivation type entrance examination".

 The Department of Business Administration, Faculty of Commerce, which introduces the Brest Entrance Examination as soon as possible, has been collaborating with companies such as Dentsu, Rakuten, and Sukairaku to solve social issues with new ideas, in order to increase student independence and creativity. Implemented problem-solving project "6 Arrows Project".Based on an educational philosophy that emphasizes practical learning, we are developing human resources who will open up the future with flexible ideas that are not bound by common sense.
