"Showa Women's University Career College" has established a "Management Step-up Course" for chiefs and section chiefs and a "Female Executive Course" for managers in order to contribute to the increase in female managers.This time, in collaboration with BDTI, which plans and holds an executive training program that combines management methods and corporate governance know-how suitable for the global era, we will also offer "executive and executive officer training" as an advanced class for executive-level human resources regardless of gender. It will be newly established for training.
"Training for officers and executive officers" will be conducted by directors and auditors, including the director of Showa Women's University Career College Mika Kumahira, the advocate of the Corporate Governance Code (CGC), Nicholas Benesh, and experts in various fields. Training to acquire the basic knowledge necessary for roles (executives).In addition to legal knowledge, we aim to acquire knowledge in a wide range of fields necessary for governance in light of the rapidly changing and internationalized business environment.We will also consider human resource development for diversity management that utilizes diverse human resources.
Students will be granted the right to use BDTI's e-learning courses "Company Law," "Kinsho Law," and "Corporate Governance (two courses, Basic and Practical)" for six months. You can register with BDTI's "Executive Bank", which is a useful source of information for companies and agents.
