Yamazaki Laboratory, Department of Electronic Informatics, Graduate School of Information Science and Engineering, The University of Tokyo, collaborates with ietty Co., Ltd., which operates online customer service real estate brokerage "ietty", for real estate property information processing and user trend analysis, and chats developed by the company. Started joint development of "CtoB customer service platform" that supports multiple platforms such as systems.
The joint research between the two will utilize the knowledge of the Yamazaki laboratory, such as artificial intelligence and statistical analysis. By combining user data and property evaluation data owned by ietty, we will proceed with the construction of algorithms that estimate information required by customers, such as the attractiveness of properties and the estimated price range by region. In addition, we aim to develop a property proposal function using an artificial intelligence chat bot on the "ietty" app.
This research is expected to utilize the bot function using more advanced artificial intelligence. The company plans to build a CtoB customer service platform (* 1) with the aim of speedy response, which is the strength of chat bots, and improvement of proposal accuracy based on vast amounts of information.
(* 1) CtoB customer service platform: For BtoC, which searches for desired products from the product group provided by the business side, we start from the vague requests of customers and propose truly necessary products and services. A new business scheme advocated by ietty as a platform to realize "Consumer to Business".
