Tokyo Kasei Gakuin University has started an industry-academia collaborative class with Tiger Corporation. While utilizing the company's products, we will propose new recipes.

This is the second year of the two-party collaborative lesson initiative, and last year we held the "Catalog Design Contest I Want".This year, we used tacook made by the same company in the class of "Dietary Exercise" (Professor Noriko Miyake, Associate Professor Makiko Takenaka) of the Department of Contemporary Home Economics. We aim to develop a new recipe that targets women and can serve rice and side dishes at the same time.

In the first class, five people, including the company's product development staff, provided guidance. After explaining the issues, a brainstorming-style group discussion was held. We exchanged opinions on three themes. The students who participated commented, "I was able to see the strengths and weaknesses of post-it ideas at the same time, and I was able to think about things from a bird's-eye view."

The next time will be June 6st, and we plan to work on the first prototype. From the dishes that the students have come up with, two ideas are selected for each group, and a prototype is worked on using Tuck.
