 With the key concepts of "innovation," "connection," and "breakthrough," the three schools have set themes that should work on infrastructure utilization, including transportation, food, tourism, and IT, as industries that form the basis of regional revitalization.Focusing on this field, we aim to develop human resources who will open up the future of the region in an era of major changes based on the challenge to the unknown and detailed data analysis in collaboration with local companies, local governments, and human resources in the metropolitan area.

 In addition, the industry-academia-government collaboration platform "Enjin", which spans the three prefectures of Nagano, Toyama, and Ishikawa, which has three schools, will be mutually utilized by the region and educational resources.

 The Ministry of Education's "University-based Regional Creation Human Resources Education Program Construction Project (COC + R)" will include 2020 schools including Shinshu University, 3 schools such as Yamanashi Prefectural University, 3 schools such as Okayama Prefectural University, and Tokushima University in FY5. A total of 5 groups from 4 schools were adopted.Each group will receive national financial support for up to five years and will work to develop human resources for regional revitalization.
