Yokohama City University Hospital will hold a surgeon experience "Black Jack Seminar" on July 2016, 7 as part of the Science Festa.This event is aimed at elementary and junior high school students, and deepens their interest in medical care through an experience program.
As the departure from science continues, the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology plans to commercialize the "Jr. Doctor Training School" from 2017, and the momentum to develop human resources who are strong in science and mathematics is increasing.The Science Festa will be held simultaneously in three fields, "Medicine", "Plant" and "Science", with the aim of arousing interest and familiarity with the science field.
The "Black Jack Seminar" in the medical edition is aimed at elementary and junior high school students, and is directly instructed by an active surgeon at Yokohama City University Hospital.The simulation center of the hospital is fully equipped with real surgical instruments, and you can experience the surgical operations you see in TV dramas and movies.In addition, we also have hands-on programs such as gastroscopy and lifesaving treatment for patients with cardiopulmonary arrest.The capacity is 42 people, and a certificate of completion will be given to all participants after the seminar.
