The purpose of this system is for Myanmar students to study Japanese medicine and contribute to the development of the health care field in their native Myanmar.Therefore, scholarship students are obliged to pass the national examination for medical practitioners in Japan and to work as doctors in Japan and their home countries for 6 to 9 years.
