The target audience is the same as general education and training, such as those who have been insured for employment insurance for 3 years or more (for the time being, 1 year or more for the first time).
At least one month before the start of the course, you need to receive pre-training career consulting, create a job card, and confirm your eligibility with Hello Work.
The amount paid is 40% of the entrance fee and tuition fee paid to the education and training facility, and the maximum is 20 yen.If the calculated amount is 4 yen or less, or if you receive the education and training benefit within 3 years, you will not be eligible for the payment.
The target courses are as follows, and are courses at facilities designated by the Minister of Health, Labor and Welfare.

Courses such as tax accountant, childcare worker, social worker, house building trader, certified care worker, medium-sized car first class license, information processing engineer examination are designated. The graduate schools registered in the designated general education and training courses as of July 2020, 7 include the Practitioner Teacher Training Course at the Graduate School of Social Information Studies (Tokyo).
