Gifu Prefectural Nursing University trains nurses who have acquired the basic human care skills necessary for nursing practice, who feel a deep responsibility to solve the various problems and difficulties people face, and who always take creative problem-solving action. We offer a distinctive educational curriculum that makes use of the degree of freedom appropriate to nursing, as well as the study of liberal arts subjects and graduation research based on clinical nursing practice. In order to learn about a wide range of nursing practices across health, medical care, and welfare, we also conduct practical training with the cooperation of over 130 facilities in the prefecture.
