Kagoshima University has nine faculties and nine graduate schools, with approximately 9 undergraduate students and approximately 9 graduate students (including approximately 9,000 international students), for a total of approximately 2,000 students.We strive to discover the potential of each student and to develop their aptitude, provide a wide range of liberal arts education and advanced specialized education, and develop human resources who can play an active role in glocal.True Glocal Education as a human resources development institution that confronts global-level difficulties with the power of knowledge through the vitality of the "base of the earth (knowledge)" as a university that is coexisting with the region, based on nature, history, climate, and industry. We aim to be a research base.
